👏🦈 WELL DONE TEAM MAKOS! 🦈👏
What a fantastic way to finish this season’s North Lancs Swim League!
A huge well done to every swimmer who represented Fleetwood Makos in Round 3. We finished 6th overall, and we’re incredibly proud of the effort, determination and team spirit shown throughout the gala.
Special recognition goes to those swimmers who stepped up to swim in older age groups, took on additional races, or answered the call to compete at the last minute. That’s what Swim League is all about – putting the team first, supporting your club, and showing true Makos spirit when it matters most.
A massive thank you to our amazing support team who made the evening possible:
💙 Les – Head Coach
💙 Jon & Kerry – Officials
💙 Phil – Timekeeper
💙 Sarah, Tina & Helen – Poolside Support Team
These events simply couldn’t happen without the volunteers who give up their time to support our swimmers, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything you do.
As this was the final Swim League round of the season, we want to say just how proud we are of every swimmer who has represented Fleetwood Makos across all three rounds. Whether it was your first Swim League, your first time swimming up an age group, or your fiftieth race, you’ve all played your part in making this season a success.
One team. One club. One Makos family. 💙🤍
Well done everyone – and thank you for making us proud! 🦈
